Continuando con la vorágine de información relativa a novedades gubernamentales en materia económica, pasamos a desglosar las medidas aprobadas ayer en Consejo de Ministros:

  1. Se permite que empresas y autónomos que no tengan en vigor aplazamientos de pago de deudas con la Seguridad Social puedan solicitar hasta el 30 de junio de 2020 el aplazamiento del pago de las deudas que deban ingresar entre abril y junio de 2020 sin que se aplique ningún interés.
  2. Se establecen diferentes medidas para que los autónomos y las empresas que se hayan visto afectados por el COVID-19 puedan flexibilizar el pago de suministros básicos como la luz, el agua o el gas, llegando incluso a la posibilidad de suspender su pago. Las cantidades adeudadas se abonarán como máximo en los seis meses siguientes a la finalización del estado de alarma.
  3. Los trabajadores temporales que hayan visto acabar sus contratos desde el 14 de marzo que no tuvieran derecho al cobro de la prestación por desempleo tendrán derecho al cobro de 430 euros.
  4. Las empleadas de hogar dadas de alta antes de la entrada en vigor del estado de alarma, el pasado 14 de marzo, que hayan dejado de prestar servicios en uno o varios domicilios, total o parcialmente, recibirán una ayuda del 70 % de la base de cotización.
  5. Los propietarios de más de 10 viviendas alquiladas deberán elegir entre conceder una moratoria de cuatro meses del pago del alquiler, a devolver en 3 años; o rebajar el 50% del alquiler al inquilino durante cuatro meses, siempre y cuando el inquilino se vea en dificultades para el pago de la renta mensual. En cambio, para el pequeño propietario (10 viviendas o menos) se asegura el cobro, vía acuerdo de aplazamiento con el inquilino; o, en caso de no haberlo, recibiendo éstos microcréditos avalados al 100% por el Estado a interés 0.
  6. Se prohíben los desahucios de inquilinos hasta 6 meses después del estado de alarma, siempre y cuando no hay “alternativa habitacional”.
  7. Se permite rescatar los Planes de Pensiones a los autónomos afectados por el cese de actividad por Coronavirus y a los trabajadores afectados por ERTEs por el mismo motivo.

Espero que alguna de estas medidas arrojen algo de luz en la oscuridad en la que estamos inmersos.
